First off, I love the Comeback Kid Album "TURN IT AROUND." and Bane's "THE NOTE" these albums were produced later into the hardcore community, but damn they have had such a emotional effect on my life. Those two albums seem to be playing when great moments were happening, and basicly just glad to be alive.

Ahh Day three-didn't make it. We had a small bottle at home of Cpt Morgan's private stock, and I couldn't resist it. It was delicious, so we had one each, and I was to colperate in sayings lets try it out!

Justin made an amazing dinner last night, he grilled catfish, and made spicey pototeos, yum! We drove around and took pictures of the city at the 40th street bridge. It was exciting.

On Saturday I am going to go to Racoon State Park, with Justin and bane-and hike a 9.5 mile trail, hopefully there will be good scenery for pictures!!!

Justin and I went crazy the other day, well more so I. We bought camelbacks with all this extra space! They were 20 bucks off and about the same as getting a new bladder for are orginal ones. I then bought a pack for backpacking-it is something i wanted to do. I began looking at hiking sticks, and dang they are super expensive, so we went to walmart and paid ten bucks for the same type of stick!

I need to plan a few weekends of serious hiking here soon! I was thinking of heading upstate to Alleghany forest and doing something intense up there, along with pushing myself on my bike.

I will ride 12 miles tonight or tomorrow on my bike, and run 1.5 miles either outside or on the treadmill. I have to build up my distance running, to make it easier on the bike to do hills. My legs are usually okay, they aren't hurting, i just can't breathe.

Also, running will help me in the army! Which I freaking hate, but i hate feeling fat, as much as I hate that people are fat. I realise how easy it is to "let yourself go" or get so caught up in life, that it happens. With each fattening feeling i get on myself, I begin to have a degree of empathy for obsese people that can't control it.

I figure though, if I run 3-4 times a week 2-4 miles, bike ride 10-15 2-3 times a week, then walk home every day (2 and half miles) then I have nothing to worry about, ohh along with no beer intake, daily-and lifting life will be awesome.

time to work?
