(no subject)
I do not use this as I once did, it's almost sad that once I loved to update my livejournal and now I don't. However, it isn't I don't want, its just not something I think about as often as I did when I was in College. Well great news, I will start my new job in 3 weeks, at Children's and working for the VA part time, along with the guard and grad school-life is going to be insane and worthwhile for a change, instead of dreadful and boring. I enjoy my current job because I have the nicest boss, although he is a little high maintance but it almost seems like its my job-to control aspects of what I need from him-actually it is my job! He i going to work it out to where I will work at night and weekends and do all the stuff I do full time in 10-15 hours a week, but it will be 300-600 more a month-for doing what I enjoy.
I am such a slacker in school, I must just be burned out-I am almost done with these classes I will just need to bust my butt after work and during any free time at work-to get my projects completed.
I had a nice weekend-I went to Liz's house on friday we drank rum and watched two movies from the book of DVD's. Saturay I picked her up and we went shopping-we went to Aspinwall and the Mills, the mills is so freaking nice. I bought some new dress clothes for work, because at the new job I will have to dress up, instead of whatever I wan (within reason). Ater that, Justin and I hung out watched The Children's Hour and drank rum. Today Justin and I went out the Sharp Edge and had lunch, meditarian nachos and sweet pototo fries, along with beers (it is always nice to get loaded at 1 pm on a Sunday). Then we went to Home Depot and looked at flooring, he ended up letting me buy him a low end table saw, and boy was he getty about it. Justin also bought me a treadmill last night-so great big gifts for each other. The saw will come in handy when we do the floors-I can wait for that. It is nice to make your house look great and all just the work involved.
Well I enjoyed writting my little post. I am doped up on coffee from eat and park from hanging with Kevin-I hope i ends soon so I can get some sleep. Justin should be home soon from gaming and we will assemble the treadmill!
