Typing practice
OK, now that it looks like I'm gonna get this job I really need to work on my typing. What can I say, I was uninspired 'til now.
So yeah, I'm going in on Thursday afternoon for a kind of trial half-day. Just so we can feel each other out, and to convince the staff I won't be a total flake, I think. And now I'm allowed to start getting a little freaked out, right? I have to put this in perspective for myself. The bakery was my first real job, and it has sustained me from when I was still living with dad to now. Almost exactly 6 years! That's no small thing for me. Leaving this place which has seen so much of my growth into adulthood I must allow for a certain amount of grieving.
Also I'm just plain scared. I mean, this would be a huge change for me -- an office is a very different place than a bakery!
This screen is giving me a headache.
