Does anyone know anything about using millet in bread? I love it in store-bought multi-grains, but I'm allergic to corn, soy and sesame so I can't eat those.
I'm not sure if it's more like flax seed (which seems to be fine to just toss in) or more like, say, the quinoa bread in which the quinoa needed to be pre-cooked (and I needed a special recipe)? Anyone have a favorite recipe for a WW sort of a bread with millet?
