I've spent most of today figuring out how to publicize my novel. So far...I have an account on AuthorsDen. Also, I've built a website.
Take a gander ova' heah. Tell me what you think. (I mean it--I want to know!) I have information about the book, a place to put short stories (eventually), trivia about my book, a gallery including a campus map and the three attempts at cover art, and a bio I had way too much fun writing.
Also, I feel the need to share with you Kanani and Frenchie's wedding song:
A gown of white, a tux of black,
A bouquet of red and green,
This is the finest wedding
That anyone has seen.
A year ago this summer,
We hadn’t met you yet,
But things have changed for better
And now we’re friends, you bet!
A year has made our memories,
Things done and seen and said,
And we bet that all those memories
Are burned into your head.
That isn’t my banana,
Oklahoma has no trees,
It’s okay-we have Batman,
And needles are cheaper than knees.
We could go on and on and on,
But instead we’ll be brief:
Congratulations, Sierra Madre,
And our dear were-wombat thief!
