And then the sky fell, and that was weird...

*gasp* I'm actually posting art. I haven't done that since... for some amount of time...

I actually really like how this piece came out. I've been experimenting with textures like a madwoman, trying to include them more in the piece as another image rather than blending them in so much that you can even tell they're there, which is what I've done mostly. Alas, I like the placement and the black and white in contrast with the darker browns.

Ehh... that's what this one is! The coloring is so bright, but the rougher textures are nice. Just... huh.

I freaking love how this turned out! I had a completely different picture in my head of what it would look like, and there's nothing better than discovering something new. This was actually inspired a lot by Gia's fic, "A Convenient Marriage" and more or less the feelings in that fic because I just got done reading it. *g* I think certain parts of the texture could have been different, darker, maybe a different color, but overall, it's lovely, IMO.

I really like this one, how it turned out. I wanted moody and dark and just morose. The blue is lovely and the texture is fantastic in this piece, as is the text and font, which I think kind of ties the piece together a bit better. The angles and picture placement could change a little, more central, but I like it.

There's more. There's always more. :P Check out Infinite Illusion for others. This is the result of having three days off (faaaantastic, is how I feel right now - lol). I'm also hoping after the 16th, I can get a new layout up, but I work another nine days (closing five, shank me), so it might be a bit later. :D
