monday is Yom Hashoa
since i've got the feeling nothings going to be done about it - me and a couple others have decided to do something ourselves and it would be really nice of anyone else to do it to, i think its only right.
on monday, if you want to participate - cut out a yellow star of david and wear it on your chest. This is to rememeber over six million people who were prosecuted and murdered becauase of different beliefs, preferences, abilities, or lifestyles. Wearing the star on this day is not only done in other schools in our area but also in Israel and many other places. If you would like to participate please do...tell everyone you can, and make extra stars for people who might want them on monday.
