Problem?
So, today I learn that the car lot people did something either against the rules or the law or something when they made my deal so it is now rather void; however, we have a contract which in my opinion is still valid. What they wanted to do was process the loan through another bank but drive the cost of the payment up. I said, "NO!" because we AGREED upon a certain price and if getting back to that price requires them to lose money, that is their own fault. In fact, I told the guy that he should mark the vehicle down more for my inconvenience as well as throw in a couple extra features. Now, when I was talking to him I was rather upset for obvious reasons so I don't remember everything I said to the guy but I know I probably made him not feel so great. Anyway, they are supposed to call me back with a "solution" soon so we will see what they come up with. The way I see it, they screwed up so THEY bite the bullet, not me...
