I understand that this is rather uncomfortable for you, and if you do not wish to speak of it, it is understandable. However, if we keep dancing around the subject as we have, it is only going to end in further anxiety.
I of course am referring to...the incident at the Masquerade.
The state of sanity, or any enjoyment I received thereof at the time is irrelevant--it was forward and quite inappropriate of me, and I must apologize for that.
It is true that I regained my sanity at very much the wrong time, but if we go by this sense of logic, both of us were not in our full right minds (though you were much more sane than I, I must say), so therefore neither of us can receive full blame.
However, whatever sense of lack of sanity I had at the time, it was with these lips that yours so kiss'd, and thus I should take responsibility for the damage that they thus have wrought.
He's just as lost as you are. So logic saves the day!brbusinivaliceOctober 28 2009, 03:36:19 UTC
I will admit that...I am a bit lost, as well.
...This is hard to say. Perhaps we should take things one step at a time, and think this through logically.
We were both in our not-so-right minds at the time. Whether either of us like it or not, we were enchanted. Therefore, if such an event were to happen again, what is to say that we will or will not react the same way, or that this situation will just replay as it had? Neither of us are certain, and until we know where we stand, there is no means of knowing just where we can go, whether further or backward.
It's the only thing that keeps him sane sometimes.brbusinivaliceOctober 28 2009, 03:43:18 UTC

[There is a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong pause. And there's a huge blotch on the page, as Delita tries to think of whether or not he wants to suggest this. WHERE IS SAKURA WHEN YOU NEED HER?]
I am suggesting that mayhap we should try this again, on more even terms. Without enchantments.

Damage? Delita, you act as though you've hexed me! Honestly...
You... what?

...So you were truly of your right mind during that?
Then I have simply caused awkwardness. Either way, it is still a sort of 'damage', if not minute, is it not?

Well, as long as we are being honest~... I did not mind it, either. Beyond that, though, I-- [legible, kind of]
