Content, I hate to say. It takes almost all it's plot points from the fourth-series episode The Sting: one character taking a blow for another that results in their death, the dreams, the gift, waking up with the jacket, taking substances to induce sleep so the character can dream again. Even the repeating of the line "you have to wake up."

Ah. Um, yes, it definitely is, sorry about that. The full prompt was for a Sherlock fic based on this episode, and I didn't include that in my notes so as not to spoil anyone who read the fic without reading the prompt. I've included it in a note at the end of the story, now.

I fully agree with s0mmerspr0ssen! I don't care about Futurama at all (never liked it). Plus, you said that it was in the prompt to use the plot. So, this is awesome fic and I love it to pieces!
