[There's some fidgeting with the communicator as some video of the ground starts playing. It shakes, and seems as if someone is turning it over in their hands. That would be Japan.

H-he is too stubborn to prevent him from moving, you realize! He was shot in the shoulder, and we are nearly at the hospital. If you can be of help it would be greatly appreciated. Though my health care is decent, I would be more comfortable if someone else could help.
