Here's a list of Sasuke's jutsus/techniques and Sasuke's stats, as given by the databook! THIS IS ALL SO I DON'T FORGET SHIT BECAUSE I HAVE EPIC ADD.

Fire jutsus
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique): The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. As Sasuke likes to abuse wires when faced with an opponent physically stronger than him, be prepared to hurt. :Db
Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire): The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. It takes a lot of chakra to use, but Sasuke generally uses it in combination with Kirin (see below for details) since it can change the weather.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique): Exactly what it says on the tin. After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, gather up chakra in their chest, then spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. Sasuke likes that one-- he learned how to do it when he was like, seven or eight. >_>
Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique): This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. Sasuke's also used it to hide shuriken in the fireballs. IDK.
Lightning jutsu
Chidori (One thousand birds): Named for sound it makes! This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning-chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. Basically: Sasuke can has a bolt of lightning in his hand. :Db (Why lightning makes the sound of chirping birds, I have no idea.)
Chidori Nagashi (One Thousand Birds Current): Sasuke focuses lightning chakra throughout his entire body like some kind of demented Pikachu. Because the electricity isn't as hardcore as the regular chidori, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them. BASICALLY: SASUKE USED THUNDER WAVE.
Chidori Senbon (One thousand birds senbon): Sasuke reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon (think giant acupuncture needles guys). It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body! Since Sasuke has the sharingan, he can also shoot for your vital points with those.
Chidori Eisou (One Thousand Birds Sharp Spear): Sasuke increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. However, each of these additional blades is proportionally weaker than a single focused Chidori. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb any target it hits. It can also be swung to cut things! BASICALLY: Sword(s) made of lightning.
Kusanagi no Tsurugi: Chidorigatana (Kusanagi Sword: One Thousand Birds Katana): Sasuke flows his Chidori Nagashi through his chokuto (his sword guys). The radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement. LIGHTNING SWORD! :D
Kirin: The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. It's pretty much a GIANT MOTHERFUCKING DRAGON OF NATURAL LIGHTNING, making it the strongest lightning technique Sasuke has. HOWEVER, since there... is no weather in space... Sasuke can't actually use it around here. ):
NON-ELEMENTAL TECHNIQUES
Kuchiyose no jutsu (Summoning technique): Sasuke has a contract with hawks! Or at least be's able to summon at least ONE giant hawk he can ride on like a crazy mofo. To summon, he needs blood on his fingers, so please don't be alarmed if Sasuke is suddenly seen biting half his thumb off.
Another thing Sasuke can summon are shuriken from the hammerspace inside the tattoos on his wrists. (Actually, they might be bracelets...? hell if I know, but that means he's wearing bracelets underneath his arm guards and that's stupid) He can summon both small and REALLY FREAKIN' huge shuriken. Save for his sword and wire he keeps on him, that's how Sasuke gets all his weapons.
Note: Sasuke has the habit of using wire on his shuriken, or simply throwing two at a time in a way that the second one is hidden by the first's shadow. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED.
SHARINGAN AND RELATED TECHNIQUES
The Sharingan (Literally meaning "Copy Wheel Eye") is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai (eye related bloodline limit), which appears in the members of the Uchiha clan. Now that we've established THAT, here's what it does:
The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the chakra flow. Sasuke sees chakra in colour, apparently! This basically means he can see through illusions/figure out what is alive and ... what is not.
The second thing the Sharingan can do is granting the user an incredible clarity of perception, going as far as being able to predict muscle movements and letting the user be able to dodge in consequence. BASICALLY: FIGHTING SASUKE IN A FIST FIGHT WOULD BE INCREDIBLY ANNOYING. He can also read lips! Or something.
The thiiird thing the Sharingan can do, and the one it's most well-known for, is give its user the ability memorize and copy any technique he's seen, be it taijutsu, genjutsu or ninjutsu. (Things like summons are not available for copying, however, and while Sasuke may be able to copy your fighting style, if his body isn't trained properly for it he might not be able to do it himself.)
The last one is-- well, I'll let the Naruto wikia explain that one. "The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through simple eye contact. When used against animals, the eyes of the target take on the pattern of the users sharingan while under its influence. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponents make even before they do, making it appear as if the user can "see the future". More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further by tricking or even trapping their opponent within an illusion. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu."
Since Sasuke didn't steal the sharingan (seriously guys stop it with the grave robbing), using the Sharingan extensively barely makes a dent in his chakra levels. THANK YOU GENES.

Mangekyou Sharingan
Literally "Kaleidoscope copy wheel eyes", Sasuke's in particular looks like a very special starflower in his eyes, because he's goshdarned more special than everybody. By which I mean it's the atomic symbol. Using the mangekyou gives Sasuke access to three more techniques (and using those techniques makes him go blind very slowly 8D):
Amaterasu: The only technique Sasuke has REALLY used in the canon point I take him from, Amaterasu is basically a (slow burning) inextinguishable black fire which can ACTUALLY BURN THROUGH SHIT, unlike all the other fire jutsu up there. The only one able to quell the flames is Sasuke. Basically, whatever Sasuke's looking at with his left eye will catch on fire if he chooses to use Amaterasu. IF HE GETS ONE OF YOUR LIMBS? YEAH, BETTER NINJA CHOP THAT RIGHT OUT. Unfortunately it does cause Sasuke's eyes to bleed and makes him slowly go blind, ha ha.
Tsukuyomi: Sasuke's tried using Tsukuyomi at least once! He is pretty bad at it in comparison to, say, Itachi. Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusion that is completely controlled by the user. The only way to get out of genjutsu is to either be with someone or have SOMETHING ELSE in your head ready to bail you out! Tsukuyomi does not cause your eyes to bleed. :Db still kinda fucks your eyesight tho
Susanoo: Sasuke only uses Susanoo like, five chapters from the point AFTER I take him, but hey he can still awaken it on the ship if it ever comes to that. (edit: He sort of has!) Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual humanoid being. The spirit is gigantic and surrounds and protects the user. The ultimate impenetrable defense and the ultimate offense, it is a perfect jutsu except for the part that extensive use causes you to SLOWLY DETERIORATE FROM THE INSIDE as the jutsu feeds on the user's lifeforce. It's generally accepted that that's the reason Itachi was dying, so, uh yeah.
OTHER STUFF
Sasuke is apparently immune to most poisons/drugs/whatever. Because Orochimaru would've made sure of it! ... Creepy? Yes.
