He was actually the least embarrassing villain for the episode. The other two were the Master in a fancy demon summoning dress, and Satan.

My memory is so fail. I've seen that serial, but I don't remember that bit! You'd think something that odd would stick with me. LOL Thank you for reminding me which serial it was from!

Yeah, the Master as a vicar will have me ROFLMAO forever! Usually Delgado had a bit of dignity, but he gave it away that serial. :D
