Why I Hate PSY 207
1) The class (so far) is a bit science oriented with neurotransmitters and such. Finnish professor can't pronounce oxygen.
2) Professor lacks confidence and butchers English so I'm never sure if I fully understood what she just explained to us.
3) She posts her notes (absurdly detailed) on Blackboard. That's good. BUT, she has the most RIDICULOUS formatting that is virtually impossible to fix (I think she cuts and pastes her powerpoint slides into Word), which is one of the reasons notes are 12 pages long.
4) Our first test is on Monday. Today she posts on Blackboard that chapters 9 & 10 will be on the test. Prior to today, there wasn't going to be any material from the book on the first test. When would she like me to read the two fucking chapters? Tomorrow while I'm at work? Saturday when I'm busy doing work for my OTHER classes? Saturday when Min comes over to study for the damn test? Oh, she MUST want me to read them on Sunday when I work 2 BARNEY shows at the Convocation Center.
5) She tells us her exams are essay format. The practice exam that she posted on Blackboard (11 pages long before I do my best to bring it down to 9 pages!!)...mostly multiple choice. What isn't multiple choice is short answer. Yes, this does seem to be a change for the better, BUT pick a fucking format tell us what it's going to be and don't fucking change your mind at the last fucking second!!
