I am trying to refinish a "Gendron Stroller" . I have all the fabric bits except one...., it is clear plastic .... and I have no idea as to it's shape or where it attaches to the stroller, it attaches to a piece of fabric that fits under the seat back when it is in the reclined position.
My question is...: If you have children born in the 60's or 70's and happen to have a pic of your kids in one of these strollers and would be willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated. I have tried the library and searched the Internet, I have even contacted the company in hopes that they would send me an old advertisement pic. (no luck)
The stroller is metal, had blue vinyl seat pad, a skinny white plastic tray and 4 plastic moveable beads on the front, it had a flat sunshade, most likely with white lacey like dangley trim, wire wheels, metal fenders, metal hubcaps and a high curved handle with white plastic grip. It was made by " Gendron Wheel Company " my best guess as to age is 60's-70's (as I was in one when I was small)( I looked we have no pics) but it could have been older too maybe late 50's?
