Merry Chistmas, baby!
It's my first christmas away from home. I'm 31 years old and I've never spent a christmas away. It's actually really nice. There's no stress about when dinner will be or who will be upset if it's late. It's just nice to have some quiet time with Joe. We shared our presents this morning...I was blessed with some very thoughtful and wonderful presents. But the best one....the best one was a My Little Pony Unicorn Princess. It's amazing. Amazing! The tag on the outside read: To My Special Princess. Now, I know Joe and I know that he never ever ever calls me Princess. I thought that it might be a fantastic present! I was right.
She has a magnetic hoof and so after I brushed her fluorescent pink and orange mane I stuck her to the fridge. She's resting there now. We'll play later. Awesome, awesome day.
For serious, though...I am so blessed.
