Steam Punk

So I finally found out what Steam Punk is and was thoroughly disappointed.

But based on my understanding, wouldn't the Will Smith historical epic "Wild, Wild, West" be the ultimate steam punk movie eva?

Final Fantasy III for the SNES is also a good example.

Many critics have sighted the recent Sherlock Holmes as an example of steam punk, and since I found that film to be very solid, I suppose that in a way this would be a round about defense of the concept as a whole.
