Hamletmachine opening weekend
Was incredible and will be narrated through pictures
Friday
Opening night went great , not perfect - but we'd only done 2 run-throughs the night before. The reception afterwards was fun. Shrimp= awesome
Saturday
I had an interview for another summer program and afterwards me and Kate went looking for Highline , which is this park in the Meatpacking District thats built on what used to be an elevated train. But it rained so we just went to Rays Pizza and some ice cream and then to the Strand bookstore. After the show I went with Anneka to this music festival called Exit 44 at this warehouse turned artists studio/living area/probably a bunch of other stuff called Wonderland in Astoria. Really liked Hank and Cupcakes and got a free CD by this band called Action Painters [didnt stay to watch because it was pretty late even though I kinda told a guy in the band that I would. Ended up getting home at 1 AM so its good that I left when I did.

After the matinee we went to a rooftop BBQ Anneka's friend was having. It was so much fun, my face hurt from all the laughing.
