Halloween 2008
So yesterday at rehearsal I heard about this text going around saying that the bloods [gang] wanted to kill 34 women before the end of Halloween. So I didn’t feel so bad about nixing the whole Halloween parade thing since my friends couldn’t go anyways.
Still , I didn’t go to school today. I got a good amount of sleep for once , watched TV. , then headed down to the forever 21 in Soho to buy some clothes for the Youth Onstage fundraiser I’m helping to host [although I forgot the script they wrote for it on Thursday since I was trying to rush home and like , not get slashed]. Then I went to Victoria’s secret and bought some body spray . Did I mention I only got $40 pay yesterday and I spent more than that today. Oh well
Went home , then to help set up for the Halloween even key club does every year. last year’s ended with me breaking my phone. This years was a lot better. The first few time we did the haunted house thing where we did a skit and scared little kids , we sucked so bad. Our skit was about a football coach who’s disappointed in his team so he kills himself and created a team of zombies that were the star players. In the end we just ended up charging and screaming at the kids. I was a zombie cheerleader [I used my old uniform] as well as the self appointed director of it all. And later on we got pretty scary - had some kids crying.
