yea we needed to empty all of that out
we found a few bikes, scooters , and a bat and played baseball
so today was my all-stars audition. i left at 1:30 since i needed to be there at three and its all the way on 34th 42nd street. i was there on 10th and 34th looking for the place with a huge star on it. whats silly is i knew it was on 42nd but i think i misheard the guys directions and didn't think . and it rained so much when i got off the train[damn summer rains] . so i had to walk , with no umbrella , from 6th avenue to 10th and then from 34th to 42nd. i was only four minutes late though. when i got there this guy with a British accent who is another volunteer and got me to the room where the auditions were. completely drenched i sat there and introduced myself and everything. then had to take off our shoes and did exercises that were pretty weird but w/e. oh and one of the dudes teaching there used to be on the soap opera "the young and the restless" .
so finally the auditions and it was randomly picked. everyone did pretty well although a few flubbed lines. i went third and kinda surprised myself by not forgetting a line. i really hope i get in , that place is definitely where i want to spend my summer. i'll hopefully get a call tomorrow if im in.
and when i went back home it rained again, yep i got caught in the rain twice in less than three hours. i started to run back to the train station. but after a block or two i was like fuck it and just started walking and eating the fruit salad i bought at a seven eleven along the way.
