Hockey Comics!
I read in the Star yesterday that the NHL is teaming up with Stan Lee to create a new comic book series featuring heroes based on each NHL team.
I had so much fun on my friend, Adrienne's, FB wall, that I thought I'd share the "game" with a wider group of friends.
So, the easiest quiz of all time - what team is each of the following heroes based on?
* Giant Yeti with a wooden club who is also a genius computer hacker
* Environmentalist Orca that is advised by ancient Native spirits through mystical ...totem poles
* M.P. who normally wears a blue suit and heavy black glasses but can transform into a heavily muscled Roman Centurion with the magic command, "TRRRRUUUUDEAAAAAUUU!!!!!" But who can't handle the rough play and wilts into the corner after the villain gives him a thundering body check.
* "Roughneck", wearing nothing but a hard hat, spandex underpants, and a tool belt, weilding a 4' long pipe wrench, muscled body slick with oil and man sweat!
