Whats been going on with me...
Well its been a while since I've updated this so here it goes
The past 3 weeks I've been off ill as I got Swine Flu and then got a secondary infection. They both wiped me out bigtime :(. I was exhausted I couldnt do a thing at all to have a shower I had to go to bed for 3 - 4 hours to have the energy to actually get up and have a shower.
Obviously I've had to come off my diet for now until I fully recover, I have put some weight back on but I am being as careful as I can trying to fill myself up on lots of veggies and eating low fat meat, things like turkey and chicken etc etc but I do need to be a bit more careful as I have sometimes slipped into old habits of eating crap when I'm bored.
What else been happening, Sophie ended up going back into hospital again for a week although this time they think they know what the overall cause is but I havent really had a chance to talk about it with my parents yet obviously being off ill and going on holiday next week.
I have Next week off on the annual jolly boys camping trip :), this time were going to the isle of wight. I am so looking forward to it as I really need a holiday to have a rest, I really enjoy camping its such a laugh and we all really enjoy ourselves when we go. I am taking my 2 radio controlled trucks and my boat as im going to race them with one of my friends thats going.
