Some vacations end slow, some end fast. This vacation went plaid! Regardless, it was worth every dying second. I caught up with a best friend who now resides in the west coast, I developed stronger bonds with familiar friends and I had the honor of making new relationships with a pack of decent individuals. In a snowboarding point of view, each day varied, therefore, the experience was everything but boring. The conditions ranged from extremely icy, to hard packed snow, to heaps of freshly fallen powder. Respectively, this translates to extremely fast speeds, to relaxing cruising speeds, to free floating riding [perfect when braving the woods]. Snowboarding in the company of friends is a perfect combination. For the next trip, an upgrade in camera technology is a must.
