The stuffs
1) The new apartment is great. I have a garage; that is insane. I'm cooking more again (or was while Jill was here, and will be when she returns in a couple weeks), which is rad. My roasted chicken is killer, I tell you.
2) Austin is a cool-as-hell town, people. I feel immediately comfortable in a town where a not insignificant number of the waitstaff in any given restaurant is wearing a "Keep [Town] Weird" shirt. Great food, and the comics and game stores here are top-notch. NERD CITY
3) I kinda love my new job. This should surprise no one.
4) I am also excited as hell because I am going back to Pennsic this year. We have to road trip it from here this time, but 24 hours of driving each way is worth it. This is highly in danger of becoming the thing Jill and I do each year.1
