I NEED A NEW JOB!!!!
So first I had my internet off and now my monitor isn't working well. I am experiencing a brief period where my monitor is working so I thought I would write in here.
I've been looking for a new job. It is a hard and scary process. The lack of integrity at my workplace has left me at my breaking point. They fired a friend of mine yesterday, basically because they didn't like him. He started out as a hyper-enthusiastic guy who liked everyone and worked hard. His work deteriorated as the bull shit got tho him. He came in every day, on time, and did his work. He didn't work hard or stay late, but he came in and did his work. He forwarded an email on Tuesday that he technically should have forwarded on Monday, so they fired him for not having the right attitude. It's mostly because my new immediate supervisor, the pathological liar who told everyone in the office that she was married, when she wasn't, and that she was interrigated by the FBI when she was late for work, didn't like him. Now do you see the integrity of this place?
I called JoAnn at the temp agency and I have a meeting with her tomorrow. So far I have applied for 8 jobs. I don't know what I want to do. All I know is I can't spend my day in such a worthless place. But I'm scared. I worked at the YMCA, which was full of lying, betraying, and back stabbing. I moved to my current place which was SOOOOOOOOO much better in comparison. But when they promoted the most unqualified, untrustworthy, immature person I've ever met, I knew...I knew I couldn't stay any longer.
So...the process continues....
