a short rant about time

How is it possible to wake up when it is so dark outside? It seems like a break of dawn at 10 AM. This year, for some reason, quite obscure to me, our country has decided to neglect the time swap (winter/summer time or how is it called in English? Actually, how is it called in English?). I think we are now ahead of the natural time. Living too early. I can't wake before 3PM. Plus the gloomy weather.
I dreamt of summer last night.
