musings and wantings...
Okay, so I *really* want to have a masquerade party sometime. I don't mean "wrap yourself in foil and go as a leftover" kind of costume party. I mean the type where you have to rent a costume. Maybe my hypothetical masquerade ball will have participants dressing as their favorite historical figure.
Then again, knowing the majority of my friends (no, none of them are on here), they'll scoff at this and just laugh at my ridiculousness (absurdity? mental figmentations?)
Le sigh. Guess I'll never get to go as Anne Bonney or Lady Godiva (relax - that'd be me wearing a long wig and body stocking...oh, and I'd have to tone up my "wobbly bits").
Then again, there's always hope for my (three years away) 30th birthday....
