Yeah, so sorry about the music choice. I was thinking about this couple that comes into the bar that E and I go to. Kathy and Lyle. Kathy's a sweetheart and Lyle's really cool. He doesn't have any teeth and does "Bitter Beer Face" better than the guy on the commercial! Sometimes, for karaoke, Kathy will sing that song and Lyle will stand up there and do the face.
Anyway, E is still sleeping cause he doesn't feel well still. I feel bad for him. I'm a terrible nurse, but don't tell him that. When we have kids, he's cleaning up the puke. When he was feeling poorly yesterday, I gave him some Day-Quil, but he said it didn't help. With his asthma, he had trouble breathing last night, even after I made him take some NyQuil.
Oh, when I was trying to sign into my hotmail account today, I saw that on MSN they had this thing where you could test your grammar. I got 7/9. Not bad.
My beloved sorority is being shut down :( Nationals is coming to take our charter. We owe money, from what I understand. At least that's more respectable than being shut down for hazing, ya know? I can honestly say that I was never hazed. I'll swear on a stack of Bibles in a court of law. I'm serious. I swear on any unborn children I might have. Okay I look a little weird swearing with my hand on my lower belly. Oh well...you get the picture. No one is allowed to accuse my sisters or me of hazing, got it?
Oh, and something I forgot to put up last night...I was going to tell all those who actually read this about the 19 movies that I've seen that made the 100 Greatest list.
2. Casablanca (just bought it three days ago and watched it for the first time Sunday)
4. Gone With The Wind (all my close friends know that I have this movie memorized)
6. Wizard Of Oz (ditto on that one, yo)
10. Singin' In The Rain (love the part when the producer pulls the cord and she goes flying)
15. Star Wars (though I still think it's too smart for me)
25. E.T.
34. To Kill A Mockingbird (had to watch it for 10th grade English...I liked it though)
41. West Side Story (love Natalie Wood)
48. Jaws (and you thought I had a big mouth...hey!)
49. Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs (she may live with seven guys, but she's not easy *rim shot*)
55. Sound Of Music
56. M*A*S*H (this movie is so funny!)
58. Fantasia
62. Tootsie (Dustin Hoffman in drag)
71. Forrest Gump (who HASN'T seen this?)
75. Dances With Wolves
77. American Graffiti
91. My Fair Lady (MY FAVORITE MUSICAL!!!)
95. Pulp Fiction
There you go, folks. My diverse cinematic upbringing.
Time for some Honey Nut Cheerios...
