well, I'm all moved in. Sabrina's in Las Vegas until Friday modeling for American Apparel (yeah, I know, helllllla Santa Cruz), so being in this house by myself is a bit eerie. but I have some company: Sabrina's chinchilla, Mozart, who is more amiable than I had expected. earlier tonight I was pissed at it because I thought it took an outrageously foul-smelling shit in its cage, but turns out it was plastic that was burning on top of a floor lamp.
sorry, Mozart. sorry for being right next to that lamp, too.
no one is really in Santa Cruz right now, so I guess it's a good time to start studying for the chemistry placement exam. lately I've been contemplating getting an ENVS and biology combined major, which is kind of like a double-major except I don't have to take as many classes. the only things restricting me are the required physics and chemistry classes, the two sciences I absolutely HATE, but I think it's worth it to get a BS instead of a BA (the ENVS major alone gives you a BA).
it's nice staying up late and not having to worry about early-morning obligations.
