Yaaaaaaayyyy!!! It's a happy feeling when you have internet again...I can finally send my project!!!
I honestly got all I asked for for Christmas, and more.
I'll list the stuff:
From Mom:
-Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
-Phantasy Star: Universe
-STORMBREAKER!!!!!!!!!!!
-A beautiful dragon statue
-Criminal Minds Season 1 dvd
-Disposable digital camera
-A 251MB memory card for gamecube
-Da Vinci Code on dvd
-Fruits Basket Episodes 1-6 (TOO funny!)
-A gorgeous Harry Potter ornament mom saw me looking at in CVS
-A NEW, AWESOME, STATE OF THE ART CD player--with batteries!!! It plays even my worst-scratched cds, hahaha!
-A "Link" poster, yaaay!
-Mario Party 7 to share
-Dance Factory (Actually for Sam, but we all share it, and it's cool because you can put your own cds on it and dance to them!)
From Marissa:
-A really pretty journal, with dirty quotes...lol, not really. But it really is a very nice journal. Has a lock and an extra cover and all. And an envelope attached to the back holds the key!
From Sam:
-A doll from one of my favorite RPG games, Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. The doll is of Cliff, who is one of my least favorite characters, but Sam took the effort to get it and I think it's an awesome figurine!
Marysa and I also got a lot of money for Christmas, which will really help with exchange student. We both have over $200 now, which we are putting towards the preliminary fee, and all. Plus, mom said she'd pay for the band trip! YAY! So we are most likely going! Hooray!
It was a great week...we got to see our Aunt and Cousin, both of whom were most generous gift-wise, aside from Mom.
We also spent last minute shopping for gifts. It was fun because I got Marysa's gift when she was with me...sorta. I can explain it in another journal. But we got mom some godiva chocolates and a $10 gift certificate to Starbucks since she had said it smelled so good there when we walked by one of their shops while shopping. Sam's gift had been bought earlier, under her nose as well.
We also had our cousins over after going to their house the day after christmas for desert and dinner. We had loads of fun playing games, and they loved Furuba and Stormbreaker...I'm actually sick, and I was sick with a cold then, too, but I think I may be getting over it...ate some nice cream of broccoli soup.
Last night, after visiting Nana, we got her some Burger King because she hadn't been eating much and I was delivering it and I couldn't open the door, so everyone got mad and mom had to open it for me and I gave Nana her food. She was laughing, haha. Later on, we ate at Uno's...I got the same thing and gained many pounds. Afterwards was a big fight, but I'd like to put that aside...we watched the New Year's Ball drop, and they showed pics from London celebrating the coming of the New Year. It looked nice, the London Eye surrounded by fireworks. I look forward to a New Year.
So, everything is turning out fine, I think. I don't look forward to school, but then again, who does? I mean, so many people have yet to settle their issues with others, instead of ignoring them...did I say so many? That's a bit of an exaggeration.
Anyway, see you all there. I'm off to watch Stormbreaker in a bit. TATA! I hope most of you had good holidays!!!!
