(no subject)
Well, not much has been goin' on with me. Got my SUPER HUGE tax return back, so I've pretty much just been shoppin! Trace was already spoiled, but I was finally able to spoil him!! I got all kinds of outfits, toys & a new swing. Then I got some clothes for me & I got my hair done (or should I say fixed) I never really got use to the "blonde chunks" So, when I heard my mom had an appointment, I made one too! I love my hair now, its so cute. I still have lil blonde in there, but my "base" color is Aurburn & then I have blonde highlights, I just love it!! And guess what, I have curls, & its all natural!!!
I got back to work the week of Valentines Day, I really am trying not to think about it. But, I know I have to work for Trace's sake!! And plus, he will be sleeping most of the time I'm there, so I won't have to worry about missing any "milestones" except him sleeping through the night!! lol, but I hope for my mom's sake that happens soon!!!!
Since I have my taxes all done, I'm going to apply for FASFA & get my butt back in school. My goal is to be a RN by the time Trace is in Kindergarten!!!
So, the superbowl is this weekend?!? Any big plans? I'm sure I will just be hanging out here watching it with my parents. Which is cool, because we are actually really close now! I couldn't ask for a better family, I honestly don't know what I would do without them.
Trace's baptism is the 13th, and I'm finally just NOW getting the invites out, so hopefully everyone can come, but if not I understand. MeL & Tony will be in Rockford, so I hoping that we can maybe "go out" one night. Cus, the party bug is starting to get me.. Not that I planning on being as crazy as I use to be, but it would be nice to have a few drinks!! Maybe even party it up in Dekizzle?!?! I dunno!! Maybe we can plan a Saturday night thing, & you can ALL come to Rockford!!! You gots a free place to stay!!
I FINALLY talked my Dad into getting Digital Cable! I can't friggin' wait, its being installed tomorrow & we are getting DVR, which is like TIVO! *woot woot* You have to understand that since June I've been watching staticy cable & Ellen in B&W, lol... It will be nice to have a clear, color picture!!!
Well, I should prolly go.. Trace is napping and I have to pick up & get ready for tomorrow!!
