Alright everyone, I've got the ranch up and running. There's only two of us here, and the other is my accountant, but we will do our best to ensure that your Pokemon and eggs are handled with care.

I know several of you already, but I'd like to extend my service to everyone else I haven't met. I am Ash, and I'll be just off Route 31 before Violet

[GUESS WHO'S LATE. Surprise surprise. Sho took his sweet time getting to the ranch, though in his defense he spent about 5 minutes yelling at his lackey to take over selling Magikarp.

Anyway, yes, your accountant is now here, swaggering towards the ranch.]

[Ash is far too busy to notice/care. He's currently fixing the fence out front, hammer in one hand and nails in his teeth. He does look up to Sho as he approaches, ans speaks while hammering, nails still in mouth.]

Ah Sho! Wewcome! Wat do you tink of de ranch?

[Ash finishes the fence and wipes some dirt on his breeder apron, before pocketing the nails in his mouth and setting the hammer down to offer Sho polite bow.]

I don't suppose you'd like to do some physical work too, huh?

[The ex-Reaper simply shrugs. He does not know the meaning of the word polite.]

It's a ranch. [It's hideous, but then again, so was the rest of the city.

He scans the field, silently calculating.] For the right price. Let me have a look at your figures first, radian. [He's going to optimize the hell out of this shiiiit.]

They are in the cabin, which will be the office. Shall I show you?

[Though Ash himself was a polite person, he spent much of his life around mercenaries and bounty hunters, so rudeness didn't faze him in the least. He was looking for an accountant, not necessarily a friend. Ash took the lead up the trail to the cabin. It was made of composite materials, and in decent condition, but it was very basic. It was very nice by Ash's standards, and more than likely; sub-par to Sho's.]

It's not much, but as we make money, we can expand and upgrade the Ranch and its structures.

[He simply follows, ignoring the latter part because that's just kind of obvious and not worth his time. Besides, there's no we. He's just crunching numbers.]

[The cabin door is wide open, Lara the Sentret is inside, cleaning up a little. Ash moves over to the desk and pulls the drawer, and pulls out a small folder. He hands it to his new employee.]

Here's the paperwork. Monthly rent, food and repair expenses, and permits. I'll leave the figuring on suppliers for our repair materials and food, and the cost of keeping the Pokemon here, to you. And on the permits, make sure that the payments cover the Ranch's acreage properly.

[action] pfft. Sho doesn't care to get along. Just to get work done.

[Sho grabs the folder, looking through it. Give him about 15 minutes at the most. He'll be done.]

[action] He could also start pawning off eggs to Team Rocket.

[Ash moves to the side and offers him the desk to sit and work at. He then sets about cleaning up with his Pokemon, picking up scattered things and mending any tattered areas.]

I'll write up a list of repair goods I'll need, and you can decide on where to allocate the funds.
