The times, how they have changed
Well, times have changed a fair bit, I suppose. Life has been full of working at BRU, trying to stay afloat in school, finding time for family and friends, and spending as much time with my boyfriend (Rob) as possible.
BRU has been a bit of a drag, but I still love the people there. My work friends have been really great and it's nice finding people that I can talk to, even if it's hard to open up to people again. I've been having a hard time finding people that I felt I could really talk to, so it's a good change of pace. And I'm learning some of the other areas - namely Baby Registry.
School has become a chore. It's hard to stay motivated in school with classes like Accounting and Business Statistics. But next semester, I've signed up for classes that seem like they'll be very interesting. Most notably Human Sexuality, California History, and Archery (heaven help anybody within a ten mile radius of my arrows.) I'm hoping to take up tennis again, and maybe even general exercise with some work friends. I feel like I've gained a bit of weight over the winter (I figure it's like a winter coat.)
Lately, my recreation has consisted mostly of movie nights with my brother Gilbert, my might-as-well-be brother Matt, and Rob. Actually, had one just last night where we watched Dead Man with Johnny Depp and Cars (I can't believe neither Rob or Matt had seen it before!)
So how has everyone been?
