Grad School in Austin Texas
Rather than merely ramble randomly, I'm reminded that I should actually give meaningful updates on this journal. Thus:
So last December, I applied to six universities for grad school. Since then, I've received three rejections, two acceptances, and one universities still playing coy about their response. I decided to stay in Austin, Texas for the next couple of years, getting my Masters from the School of Information at UT Austin. (Yay!)
In two years, I'll reassess my options (Ph.d from UT, Ph.d from somewhere else, or back into the working world.)
Now, of course, I'm nose deep in financial aid issues. Wish me luck.
