Of passports and flights of fancy

Sooooo I went and submitted the forms for my passport today. Yes, this mostly stems from my utter frustration at being stuck here, and an obsession with a certain British TV show. Still... it's useful to have, right? I know it's silly and unrealistic to think of just hopping on a plane and being gone with only a few hundred in my savings account. I just need to be making progress towards being away from here. I need something in my life that isn't stagnant and dull.

Hopefully Vegas this coming week will help me with that feeling... or maybe I will just come back and feel like HERE is that much worse.

Or maybe I'll hit the right machine and win enough to make it real. A girl can dream.
