So...do I go away for six weeks or stay and try my hand here? Each has their own pros and cons. For instance, a long period without Chas and a chance to hang with two of my best friends that I don't see nearly enough. But then at home I have a lot of new friends and a possible position at a fire house. Monday I'll decide...
Yeah, so I might be joining Miller House Fire Co. Just a little excited. I mean, here I am an EMT without a home and a public servant without a purpose...I neeeeeed some place to work. Plus this lets me work on a goal I haven't really told anyone: become a firefighter. That was a secret I meant to keep so I could suprise Chas with the first day of firefighter's class. But, since he is a bastard and I have no need to suprise him with anything special I'm free to say what I want. Next semester I can't become a firefighter and probably not the semester after that, however the following summer is a possibility (along with my motorcycle lisence...I can't wait).
I finally got to talk to Allan. It's been so long, well over a year. He's sobered up, left the drugs behind, has goals in life, going to college happily, and is back to his happy go lucky ways. As Kyle said, "YAY! The old Allan is back!"
Tonight I'm going to hang out with Allan, Kyle, and Angel for a while then go to a bonfire for some people I don't know...should be interesting. Saturday, after working 7-4, I'll be going with Angel to see some bands at Smitty's fest....and Sunday, again working 7-4, out to Rochacha to pester the living hell out of the wonderful Charlene. Monday I check out Dittmer, and possibly see Chas (that will be....uncomfortable...). Then...then...THEN...on Thursday...I SEE BECCA! I didn't think it would happen, but guess what it will! I GET TO SEE BECCA!!
Now I will tell you what I've done for you
