The Semester from Hell....

So I know that I haven't updated this thing in awhile but I've had good reason. First of all, I had 17 credit hours that took from from 8am classes to classes that let out as late as 10pm (tuba/euph) in the same day. Then, I started to go broke and had to go back to panera, which didn't help the schedule at all, then on top of that there was Festival of Winds. But being on the FOW staff was probably one of the best experiences for me ever, despite the person that almost ruined it for us this year (you all know who that was). Then to top it off, I lost my grandfather (mother's father) 3 days after Thanksgiving unexpectedly and then lost my grandmother (father's mother) 8 days later, by the way this was all in the middle of FOW and finals. So you could say that I am pretty messed up right now and can't wait to go home. But despite all that happened, it made me realize that I have the best friends in the world and the best boyfriend in the world. They were there for me to make sure I was doing ok and supported me through finals and FOW. Dave was there each time that I found out about the respective grandparents and spent both nights holding me when I really needed it most. So guys, I love you!! I don't think I would've made it through the rest of the semester if it wasn't for you!
Now I look foward to going home and spending some time with my family. I really miss them a lot and I think I need them more than ever right now. Next semester will be a lot lighter, I need to concentrate my self-esteem because it's been shot to pieces.
I promise I'll be a lot lighter in the next entry.
