Here's a post for anyone that may care :) I figure if you are reading my journal, you care hehe
Well, looks like I am moving at the end of the month. No, not out of San Francisco, just into my own place! I found a condo in lower nob hill that is beyond amazing! Michael and I have had great luck since moving here. Jobs, apartments, friends.... This place is in a building that was once a hotel (in the 20's and 30's) and it was the first hotel converted to condos since it had kitchenettes in the rooms. The woman that has owned the condo for the past 3 years put so much work into it. Walking in you would never know that a slum lord used to own it... She is moving in with a group of artists in another part of town. I asked her last night if she has ever been a landlord prior and she has thank goodness since I was not sure if i wanted another first time landlord... I'm so very excited. Everyone keep your figers crossed. As soon as we know, i'll post an update :)
