Does it mean anything if you get random dizzy spells when you are just sitting down, doing nothing? Am I going to die? Maybe I have a tumor.

Are you sure you aren't on drugs? Have you eaten enough fried eggs to drop a horse? maybe you need some of the oil that the Thais have stuck up their nose... i have some... but don't put it in your nose.

Standing up/Sittin' down/Bendin Yo Knees too fast can all get you dizzy if your BP is low. If it happens when you are just sittin' could be low blood sugar-are you fasting or going long periods w/o sustenance?

No, sometimes I go too long without eating, but not often. I forget or don't have money.
