A little update on things going on in my life as of right now:

I still live at home and I love it. I can’t complain when I live with some of my best friends and drinking partners.

I still work at the restaurant and live week to week to pay my bills. Student loans suck the life out of you.

I spent St. Patrick’s Day drinking for 18 hours straight with some of my best friend’s in my favorite town, Oneonta. I couldn’t have asked for a better day.

I have played guitar out at the bar a couple of times in the past few months (courtesy of Poor Tim) and hope to do so more and more frequently. Especially since I plan on starting a band in the spring time.

I have 30 minutes of stage time at a poetry reading on April 6th at the Resonance Center in Utica at 7:00. Come watch me. I have another 30 minutes of stage time at an open-air festival on May 5th on the 100 block of Genesee St. Both of those times will be me reading my own poetry and short stories and making a fool of myself, so come watch me and point and laugh.

Sean and I are working with another guy (Lewis Kahler) on quite a few art/writing projects that will be in different galleries and art showings over the next few months. We are very excited.

I’m writing a play collaboratively with Lew. He is going to produce it, and I am going to direct it.

Sean and I (courtesy of Lew) are going to blow up a bridge and set a building on fire (both legal). We are more excited to do that than any of the writing and art projects.

The three of us are going to start working with ‘Utica Monday Nights’ to do some live performance art, starting next year.

I’m going to Bonnaroo again. I am super stoked for that. It is going to be a tremendous time with some of my best friends and even some strangers.

Life is pretty exciting, and only getting more exciting as each day goes on...
