Teenage Boredom
So I sorted it all out with Leigh. He knew that I wasn’t happy with him, and I learnt that I shouldn’t have just assumed that when he’s not with he doesn’t have other plans…Sometimes it surprises me when I think about how level headed he is. I sometimes wonder how it is that I am with a guy like Leigh. He’s funny, smart, hot, random (good thing,) and just an all around friendly person. He makes me so happy. J J J
It looks like Dad should be back from the hospital for good next Thursday. Yip Yip! I know it’s going to be hard having him home, but Mum and I have missed him soo much I doubt it will be too much of a problem.
And in other news I think I might be having my very own small ‘gathering’ of people at my house next Wednesday night. I’m pretty excited about it actually. It will be an ideal chance for me to introduce Leigh to my friends; and booze, movies and Pizza is an ideal recipe to cure even the worst cases of teenage boredom. Let’s just hope everything runs smoothly.
Mum and Dad are also pretty happy with me at the moment. We got our report cards last week and turns out my head is screwed on after all. I got plenty of honours and I had to go up on stage at the presentation night for my certificate, as well as receiving a Bursary from the Rotary Club. I’m not entirely sure what that is but I had my photo taken for it, which is apparently going into their Rotary paper thingo.
Hmm…I <3 feeling almost grown up. J
