I'm aware I've already talked to quite a few of you about this, but, for those who haven't heard...
My dear friend Mason Semble and myself will be shooting a short film for the Michigan Interscholastic Press Association (MIPA) that will air, hopefully, sometime in April/May.
Its entitled: "Lesson 1: How to be Scene."
I need YOU!
If you live anywhere in the Oakland County area, and you want to be involved, reply, or feel free to ring me (248.330.0547) and we'll definitely work something out.
The basis of the short is the same kind of deal as the "This is You," video, (which if you haven't seen, can be found under videos on www.gprime.net) We'll basically be making a complete mockery of this new trend, and how utterly ridiculous its gotten. Hopefully, it'll be about 10-15 minutes long, and feature various lessons on how one can "become scene."
But we want to make this GOOD.
We want scene.
REAL scene.
We want your black hair, your myspace pics, your throw downs, your ideas, anything you wanna give up, we'll take it.
I want this to be as stupid, cheesy, ridiculous and hilarious is it possibly can be.
My film is due this Wednesday, the 14th of February. I'm planning to shoot this weekend, so I need all the help I can get. I know with YOUR help, we can make something pivotal here.
