When I was younger, I thought necking occurred by growing one's neck really long, like a giraffe, and rubbing that elongated neck against another's elongated neck.

Also, the word offspring makes me giggle. When I hear or read that, I picture a small person bouncing violently off their mother or father.

I have no idea, it's my brain and I don't even understand it.
