I'm probably going to jinx the shit out of myself right now, but I ABSOLUTELY need to remark on how WELL things are going! Jay and I are doing fabulous, given the distance thing. We see each other just about every day because I only work about 20 minutes from Concord. I love that boy! I love him like..well...amazingness?
I just painted my toes magenta.
Anyway, everyone is just friggin....awesome! I haven't been this happy socially in a very long time.
I can't wait to move out of my house, but I think I should save up more money before I do so...something to fall back on. I should be ready to move before the end of the summer. In the meantime, I get to go through all my childhood stuff and get all silly and sentimental about throwing things away....perhaps I'll sell my memories on eBay? Haha. Rhyme.
My 67 year old grandmother is getting married to her long time companion, Chuck (who is in his early 80's)....and I think it is the cutest thing EVER. Hooray for cute old people holding hands and being in love and stuff. That's what I want...honestly. I want to grow old with someone but still have that giddy love feeling...the kind that you can see when you watch old people walking down the street holding hands, or dancing with each other in the kitchen without any music on.
I'm still working for the girl scout office...it's going well. They have Yoga time on Thursday afternoons, and cookouts every other week. Nice place to work, nice people!
