Back in the "Real World"
Well I got out of the hospital Friday. It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was a wonderful learning experience and really helped me. I can honestly say right now I would NEVER abuse another drug in my life!! I talked with a lot of therapist bc it was also a mental ward and they can to the conclusion that I was pretty much just self-medicating. They also diagnosed me with depression and put me on anti-depressants which have really helped a lot! So Im really starting over. I go back Monday for outpatient groups from 8-4 so Im not done yet! But its been one whole week since I've had pills and Im gonna keep on counting!!! I have seen a drastic change in myself since I've got help and its been wonderful hearing it from others!! :)
