Remember when I said I'm not good at updating this? Yeah.. looks like I proved my point. That being said, I do tweet a lot more often now! I got an itouch.. I'm in love with it, the only thing that would be better would be if I had AT&T and could get and iphone. However, as my current phone situation is not costing me any money, I can't really complain.
Still on the job hunt.. I would really like to work for Lee Memorial, the health care system my mom works for, so I have pretty much been applying for any job I'm qualified for. A position opened up for a rehab/ortho tech, which would be a really awesome opportunity for me and also a really interesting job. I volunteer with the physical therapists who I would be working with so they all already know and like me, which helped me get an interview, which I think went pretty well. I should find out soon if I got the job or not. Really hoping I did, as the bookstore has cut back on hours a lot and I'm only getting scheduled for six or so a week making $8 an hour. Not really helping me on the saving money for PT school front.
Speaking of PT schools, it's time for me to really start getting serious about applying and all that jazz. My dream school would probably be St. Augustine.. but I guess we'll see. It's really, really expensive. I've heard it's worth it, though. Also will probably apply to USF and FGCU.. maybe UF too. Need to take the GRE.. all this time off and I haven't even really been studying. Dumb... but so me. Ugh.
Playing softball again this summer.. it will definitely be a good time. First game is tomorrow night!
Hmmm what else? I saw Up today.. it was really cute. Sort of sad, though. Or maybe I'm just super emotional lately.. which is entirely possible. It was fun, though, I went with my brother, our neighbor and his girlfriend of sorts.
As for right now.. I am listening to Bob Dylan, poking around on Facebook and MySpace, and just generally doing a lot of nothing. I think I'm finally starting to get a hang of this "relaxing" business. I can't believe it's the last day of May already. June 1st is tomorrow. This year is halfway over. When the hell did this happen?! Yikes. Time flies so, so fast.
Well, time to waste more time. Maybe watch some TV with my parents or annoy my brother or read. Ahh, Sundays. :)
