i am SO fucking tired. but i'm bent on updating so here goes!
Daniel just left, i've come to the conclusion i *really*really* like him. and it's very scarey b/c the odds of moving snowball everyday... but why the fuck bother myself with that right now?
i really have to vent about something to do w/ livejournal. as fond of "punk" & alternative music as i am... i have a mad hate for "scenesters". it's disgusting how adamant they are to be bizarre, yet they all fall into one broad catagory. i understand amandas annoyance, but what bothers me the most is they're commited to "punk" music. i happen to like punk music and their concerts, yet the crowd is by majority a bunch of snot-nosed dim-wits who would like any type of punk music if it was the "nonconforming" thing to do. they're bringing the genre down with their "straight edge" shit. tatoos and eyeliner, SO FUCKING ORIGINAL THESE DAYS... so it seems to be all about the image, especially with communities FULL of scensters who just write back and forth "you're so cute", "you're so beautiful", "oh thanks! you are too<3!". IT'S NAUSEATING! are people that desperate for acceptance to post pictures open specifically to speculation??
*shew* anyhoo... i'm going to warp tour tomorrow, nasty scensters or not. though, i'm figuring it will be more of a skater crowd. i hope... whatever happend to the dirty hippie crowd? lol
