A lesson learned...
I think some of my ribs are cracked. I got bored and was playing a game of throwing punches with a co-worker right as our shift ended. Turns out, a 280-pound bruiser is most likely going to be able to throw a harder punch than a 160-pound scrappy Aaron. I'm going to get back to icing my chest with a bag of cold stuff i pulled out of the freezer.
