I am officially ill. In spite of how i was feeling, i headed to the gym yesterday cos i didn't want to ruin my regular training. Ugh. Didn't have enough time to finish my workout though so i had to improvise on the go. While C was with his clients, i was doing some of my pilates moves. Also did a couple of kicks on the pads and it actually did feel pretty good. For some reason, i enjoy working my legs in this fashion.
I would also really love to work my core again and i've been thinking about getting back to a more structured kind of programme. Pilates and more recently...core training used in krav maga. I know it sounds crazy to some but i make the perfect candidate at the mo.
Okay, time to work.
