we rescued a baby squirrel the other day. she was cute. we called animal control and the wouldn't come that day and even if they did come, they only euthanize them. so we ended up going with toronto wildlife and making a trip part way into the city where a volunteer met G and took the baby to the shelter. they will care for it there in the proper way and then release it into the wild when she is old enough. she was very cute. and fell asleep in G's hands and ate peanuts in Jack's lap. (we weren't supposed to feed her but W/E!- she was hungry) so there was our good deed for the day!

in other news i hate my period with a fiery passion.
